What we collect

The signup form carries your email to the membership page using this browser tab’s session storage. It is not added to the URL or submitted to our mailing list by that step.

For confirmed research subscriptions, we store your email, consent version and confirmation or unsubscribe status to manage delivery.

Property links

Links in research emails may pass through DealOptima before opening Zillow or Redfin. We record the time and which message, recipient key and property link received a request. Email security scanners can trigger these requests too. We do not use tracking pixels or advertising cookies.

Abuse prevention and access

We use short-lived hashed request identifiers to limit repeated signup and sign-in attempts. Our application does not store raw IP addresses in those records. Hosting and email providers may process connection information to operate their services. The private operator workspace uses a session cookie that expires after eight hours.

Your choices

Research emails will include an unsubscribe link. Unsubscribing cancels pending research drafts and preserves a suppression record so you are not accidentally added back. You can reply to a DealOptima email to request deletion or access to your information. We do not sell the signup list.

Membership

Entering your email does not complete a purchase. Pricing and delivery terms must be accepted at checkout.
